1+1=1

So they are NO LONGER TWO BUT ONE FLESH. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.

Matthew 19:6 is normally used for preaching when marriage is due, but today we will learn something new. Will two people become friends if one is against the other? Or will they become close, if all the time, they always fail to agree with each other? Certainly not! Everyone has his or her opinions, beliefs, values, behavioural patterns that determine their habits and characters. But when we want to become friends, there must be an agreement between us in order to merge our differences together. In this case 1+1≠1 but 1+1=1 because of the power of ‘CLEAVING’.
This principle of 1+1=1 makes every relationship work not only marriage. This Biblical principle is the universal law that God had proposed and it is the underlying factor behind success. Virtually, everyone is using this principle but they are unaware. The reason why there is always war, conflict, misunderstanding, breaking of truces, allies or friendships, and lots of divorces we have around is that, we are not one. Do you know why God is One? God is One because of this Principle of (1+1+1=1). They are three in essence, but one in purpose.
Even though they are three, they have one mind, purpose, agenda, focus and vision. God the Father doesn’t have a different mind from the Son, and the Holy Spirit doesn’t have a different mind from the Son and the Father. That is why Jesus Christ said that, I and my Father are ONE (John 10:30). Note that, that time the Holy Spirit was in Him. So the ‘I’ was not only referring to Himself but the Holy Spirit also. When we say God, God is not One just because He is single but because there is an agreement of ‘ONENESS’ that makes God, ONE.
That is why God the Father, the Leader of the Godhead said that, LET US, not LET ME. This means that, it was not only Him who was God but there were other. God the Father is God on His Own. The Son is God on His Own and the Holy Spirit is God on His Own. But for them to be One God, they have to have ONE MIND. When the whole world has one mind today, we will all become one people irrespective of the colour, race, language or character. 1+1=1 creates peace, harmony, success and power. If you are not ONE IN MIND with God, you can’t go to heaven.
