WHAT IS MAN?

What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man that You visit him?

Everything God created was in order or rank. This is because God respects leadership because God is a leader. Existing in eternity before time, God decided to create a universe where He could entrust certain positions into the beings He would create to hold. He made His angels and apportion many duties to them. Some to rule music (Lucifer), some to rule war (Michael), some to rule health (Raphael), some to rule the water bodies (marine spirits), some to rule the forest, some to rule infirmities, some to rule over lives and the afterlife (Death and Hades).
There was life happily after in heaven before man’s creation to rule, subdue or take dominion over all the things God had created on earth until the day that man’s creation was proposed by God in Genesis 1:26. Before Lucifer thought of overthrowing God in Isaiah 14:12-15, there were several causes to that presumptive idea. The first issue was that Lucifer had a problem with God when He wanted to open another branch of His church on earth for Pastor Adam and Assistant Eve to lead (Psalm 8:3). He thought the church in heaven was okay and didn’t need any further expansion.
Even if there should be one, it was not man who should be in charge but angels because they had existed before man. The second issue was that, Lucifer had an issue with God about being mindful of man more than the angels He had in heaven (Psalm 8:4). The third issue was that, Lucifer had a problem with God for fellowshipping with man more than the angels (Psalm 8:4). The fourth issue was that, Lucifer saw man to be a layman who should not have been given such responsibility by God for him to rule the earth (Psalm 8:5).
The fifth issue was that, man was given dominion over the works of God’s hands; all things in the earth were subjected under his feet, all sheep and oxen— even the beasts of the field, the birds of the air, and the fish of the sea that pass through the paths of the seas. All these led to be lustful approach of Lucifer to take cunning measures to overthrow God so His plan of creating man would backfire. Man is a special being but until man finds his Maker, man is as pathetic as ever! Lucifer who did not want man to succeed in the beginning is here with us. Will you overcome him or you will be overcome?

Lift up prayers to be knowledgeable of all the antics, wiles, weaponry, and manipulations of the devil and his agents so you can overcome all sins, iniquities, transgressions and abominations he places before you to cease you from having eternal life.
