STANDING FAST

Watch, STAND FAST in the faith, be brave, be strong.

Christianity is a journey. A 1000 miles they say, begins with one step. You start this road by faith in the sonship of Jesus Christ. The only person who knows where the kingdom of heaven is, is the Holy Spirit. Without Him, you will think you are on the road but you have been missing all along. Many don’t even believe in the Holy Spirit and some who believe too call him Holy Ghost. No ghost (soul of a man) knows where New Jerusalem is. Even the saints who are in Paradise don’t know where this eternal place is. If they knew where New Jerusalem is, probably they would have relocated.
Satan and other evil spirits knowing that the only Person among the Trinity who is responsible of leading us is the Holy Spirit, they have also set traps as obstacles for you not getting His presence and His power. Sin, iniquity, transgression and abomination are various wiles of the devil, serving as impediments. Many believers think as they can speak in tongues they have the Holy Spirit, but these same people can’t stop sinning. Tongues speaking is one of the inferences of the Holy Spirit but His core manifestation is righteousness, holiness and sanctification.
A certain lady after having sex with his boyfriend, started speaking in tongues. What do you think this Spirit is? Today, tongues speaking has become a fashion. When someone is worshipping God, you see tongues flowing. When someone is even doing business, you see tongues flowing. When someone don’t know how to speak, you see some of the Pastors teaching him how to speak it. Tongues speaking is not taught, it is a gift from the Holy Spirit. Tongues speaking has also become of the ways Satan uses to deceive many believers.
The road that leads to eternal life is one and thus the NARROW ROAD. The road that leads to destruction is one and thus the BROAD ROAD, but this road has 666 BRANCHES OF SIN, INIQUITY, TRANSGRESSION AND ABOMINATION. If you don’t stand fast in the Truth, you will be led in one of these branches. You have to be steadfast, immoveable, always abounding in righteousness, prayers, fasting, Bible reading/studying/meditation, fellowshipping, evangelism and giving. Don’t intentionally fall and say a righteous person falls seven times and rise again. Maybe you may not rise again!
