FROM DEATH TO LIFE

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

Hearing the Word of God breeds faith and this is the only phase believers get to. To become a Christian, you should pass from the phase of hearing into the phase of practising what you have heard. If you peep into many churches, you will definitely realise many have not repented, let alone conversion. The issues that lie beneath, are more than what the church can bear, yet many still have the urge to call themselves Christians. We think when we can quote Scriptures, we are Christians or when we can do something in the house of God, we are part of God’s children.
I don’t know how many anointed books you have read. I don’t know how many preaching messages you have heard. Following a Minister of God who speaks the truth and yet your life can’t be transformed by the message, means, you are just a hearer and not the doer. It is shocking someone can begin in the Spirit and end in the flesh. Paul likens such people as a fool. Are you so FOOLISH? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect by the flesh?
-Galatians 3:3 | NKJV. Many Gentiles who are privileged are the ones who take their salvation for granted.
The problem with many is that, they don’t value their salvation and they don’t understand what Christianity is all about and the Ministers who know the truth are not teaching. Because of fat offerings and tithes, many Ministers have kept mute about the foolish things that are going on in the churches. They think the church is their property. No mortal one has a church. The church belongs to Jesus Christ and we have to make sure the right things are done. Many churches now are dead because the Holy Spirit who should have quickened our mortal bodies had left the churches because of our deeds of carnality.
To pass from death to life you have to put a stop to the deeds of indecent dressing and wearing of dresses of the opposite sex, make-ups, all sexual immoralities (fornication, adultery, pederasty, sexual fantasies, rape, homosexuality, bestiality, having sexual intercourse with a woman in her menses, anal sex, oral sex etc), impurity (masturbation), debauchery, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissension, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, smoking, revelries, covetousness, stealing (also not paying tithes) and the like.

Lift up prayers for the strength of God to overcome the battles of sins, iniquities, transgressions, mistakes and abominations that cause spiritual death in the name of Jesus Christ.
