THE WAY OF GOD

Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.

The way of God is also known as the will of God. The way of man is also known as self-will. God expects man to walk only in His way because it is He who created us. When God created Adam, He wanted him to walk on His way that’s why He gave him a law to obey. The way of God lies in His Word. The One whom God loves is the one He discloses to. God loved us so much that He sent His one and only Son – Jesus Christ (the Word) to show us the invisible laws of God’s way. This is because God had constructed His road of eternal life through His Son Jesus Christ.
The way of the Son leads to the Father. Jesus said to him, “I AM THE WAY, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. -John 14:6 | NKJV. Carnal or worldly people cannot pass through this road. This is because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. -Matthew 7:14 | NKJV. Eternal life is so costly that one cannot just achieve it on a silver platter. It takes determination, willingness, steadfastness, perseverance and relentlessness. Nothing good comes easy, nothing better comes easier and nothing best comes easiest.
The way of God works in all aspect of life and ministry. The way of God works in your Christian life, marriage, health, social life, corporate world, school, family, friends and what have you. You have to inquire from God before making all choices or decisions. Today many believers choose their beloveds and later pray to God for His will to be done. Such high-class stupidity is insulting! How do you see God? God is not your mate to mock Him this way. God can’t be mocked so don’t try. Whatever you sow is what you will definitely reap.
Many present themselves before the altar as if their relationship is holy but they have been sleeping around for years. Certain women are even pregnant but they still have the guts to veil themselves before the altar. David won every battle he faced because he had first committed his self-will to God for His will to override his. You don’t choose your beloved. It is God who knows what is best for you. Even before you start working for someone or start your own, you first have to ask God. Everything about your life must be fashioned according to the template of God’s way.

Lift up prayers for the patience to wait on God for His will to be done and obedience of every Word of God so you can walk on the road of eternal life to the every end in the name of Jesus Christ.
