The church of Philadelphia is the faithful church. Jesus Christ introduced Himself as the One who is holy (of which we must be HOLY too) and true (as true worshippers need to worship Him in TRUTH and in Spirit), who holds the key of David (authority according to the lineage and manner of King David). What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open (depicting His indomitable Sovereignty). The church in Philadelphia was also without any flaw as the church of Smyrna. That is what believers ought to strive to be. Believers sin, but Christians do not. The ability to refrain from sin lies in the level of faithfulness you have in the Lord.
The church of Philadelphia is a type of believer who has a little strength but is able to keep the Word of God. Sometimes in the midst of crises, when all our strength and hope are almost lost, we still have to pursue our faithfulness to the Lord without loss of enthusiasm. We don’t have to deny the name of the Lord like Peter did three times because of fear. We don’t have to deny the name of the Lord like Judas did because of money. There are synagogues of Satan who were in the church of Philadelphia who pretended as if they were Christians but they were not. It is not everyone in the church you have to flow with.
Some are demons sent purposely for you. If care is not taken, you will love to marry them because of their aptness towards church activities. They don’t fear God but they will pretend to do so. Many church leaders and Pastors are appointed just because of their certification or school knowledge, but many churches are unaware of the evil spirits that are controlling these Ministers. No wonder many church members cannot live righteous and holy lives. Now the Holy Spirit has left many churches because of carnality and how the church is ruled with the laws of human wisdom and evil spirits and not the laws of God.
Instead of us saying the Bible says this, many church members say my Pastor says this. Many church members are living in their Pastors and not in Christ. They obey the laws of their carnal Pastors and not the commandments of Jesus Christ. Because of this, God cannot keep such believers from the hour of trial which often come to test those who dwell on the earth. We ought to hold fast to the Word of God so no man can take our crowns. We ought to overcome false teachings and stick to what God says and He will make us pillars in the temple of God. The new name of the Lord will be written on those who are faithful to God.

Serving God attracts crises. Failure to serve Him too, attracts crises. It is better to obey the former than the latter.
