But I want you to know that the HEAD of every MAN is CHRIST, the HEAD of WOMAN is MAN, and the HEAD of CHRIST is GOD.

All the members of the body are all important but the head is very important. The head has all the five senses. The head has the brain for coordinating the entire body. When a member of the body is taken away, we often term it as a disability but when the head is cut off, that’s the end of the entire body. As the rest of the body can’t survive without the head, so we all need leaders in our lives too. God respects leaders because He is first a leader. God the Father is the head of God the Son. Jesus Christ is the head of every man. A head of every woman is a man. There is nothing like gender equality in the Bible. There is nothing like democracy in Christianity.
The line of separation is drawn for us to appreciate the leaders in our lives and how well we have to respect them. Because many believers regard their Pastors more than Jesus Christ, the leader of Christianity, when the Word of God says this, they also say my Pastor says that. Many can’t allow the Bible to control their lives but they want to change the Word of God with their lives. Many religions think they are serving God by neglecting Jesus Christ as their leader but they don’t know that God has handed over everything to His Son, even His judgement (John 5:22). Jesus Christ is the leader of all the kings, the leader of all lords and the leader of all commoners.
All leaders need to be respected no matter how deviant their lives can be. Wherever you are, there are leaders there. They can be your Pastors, fathers, bosses, Presidents, principals, rulers, counselors, pilots, generals, managers, kings, elders, lords, seniors, chancellors, experts, judges, commanders, Prime Ministers, pilots, superintendents, superiors, pacesetters, executives, directors, masters, dictators, pioneers, heroes, secretaries, forerunners, nobles, and heads. God could not have set the Israelites free without a certain leader called Moses. Even in the disciples, Peter was chosen by Jesus Christ to be their leader.
Everywhere there is no leader, there is disorderliness. Everywhere there is no leader, there is no life. Everywhere there is no leader, there is no direction. Everywhere there is no leader, there is no control. Everywhere there is no leader, there is no vision. Everywhere there is no leader, there is no wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Everywhere there is no leader, there is no covering. Everywhere there is no leader, there is no guidance. Everywhere there is no Christ-centred leader, there is no fear of God. Everywhere there is no leader, there is no counsel. Everywhere there is no leader, there is no assurance of protection, deliverance, and victory.

Lift up prayers for the eyes of recognising the leaders in every area of your life and the sense of awe of honouring them as such in the name of Jesus Christ.
