True believers are the ones who believe Jesus Christ as the One and Only True God whom there is no other God or god beside Him. It looks as if it is only human believers but there are angelic believers too. There are many beings there: The Godhead being, the being of the four living creatures, the being of the twenty-four elders, the being of angels, and the being of men. The angelic beings who fell even know that there are no three Gods in heaven but one and only One True God whose name is Jesus Christ. If you believe that Jesus Christ is a God and not the God, then you are worse off than a fallen angel. Satan is much better than an unbeliever.
There are many church members who are still unbelievers. There are many believers whose faith is not yet valid. They believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God but they don’t believe that He is the One and Only True God. If fallen angels even believe that Jesus Christ is the One and Only True God, then their belief is true! Why? This is because they were once there with Him in heaven. Every angel has a testimony about the true identity of Jesus Christ, according to Revelation 12:11. Satan is the Father of all lies but the only time Satan speaks the truth is when you ask him the real identity of Jesus Christ. He can testify that Jesus Christ is the Living God.
We need to be very careful about our faith. The faith we have in Jesus Christ needs to be reconsidered. Our confession of Him as our Lord and Master is not just enough. We need to confess that He is the One and Only True God. That is definite confession! There are two main instances that evil spirits confessed the true identity of Jesus Christ. One happened in Luke 4:34. The madman of Gardara who was possessed by a legion. A legion is the principal unit of the Roman army comprising 3000 to 6000 foot soldiers with cavalry. The legion confessed the true identity of Jesus Christ as the “HOLY ONE OF GOD.”
The legion saw Jesus Christ beyond just His body. To people, Jesus Christ was just a Son of man, but to the legion, He was the Father – the Holy One – thus, sinless body having the inner man of the Spirit of the Father (God) residing in Him. Also, in Acts 19:15, the evil spirit in one certain man told the seven sons of Sceva that Jesus Christ he knew. He knew Him in what manner? He knew Him not as the Jews knew Him to be the carpenter’s son or son of Mary but the One and Only True God. If 3001 to 6001 evil spirits confessed the same true identity of Jesus Christ, then believers of today need to check whom they know Jesus Christ to be.

Lift up prayers for strength to work out the faith you have in Jesus Christ and not just believing in Him as the One and Only True God in the name of Jesus Christ.
