(THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE GOD)

We have been gotten it twisted what true blessing is all about. A blessing is not a blessing until it can benefit the soul eternally. A divine blessing cannot be attained by unbelievers. Whatever an unbeliever can have is not a divine blessing. You can be rich, you can own companies, you can own houses, you can own cars, you can own people who work for you, you can have beautiful and handsome children, you can have fame, and all that, but these are not blessings. All these which many see as blessings are what the Bible call ‘THESE THINGS’ -Matthew 6:33. If we know what a blessing is, we will not chase after ‘these things.’
What we normally say is that, you can’t come to God and go the same. It is true! You cannot go the same: It is either you go with a BLESSING or it is either you go with a CURSE. When Adam obeyed God, he went away from His presence with blessing but the day he disobeyed God, he went away from His presence with curses. There are so many church members who are cursed! Why? This is because they don’t know the God they serve. When Jesus Christ came and was going about His ministry, the people knew Him to be to have so many identities at a time. Some people knew His identity as John the Baptist.
Some knew Him to be Prophet Elijah. Some also knew Him to be Prophet Jeremiah. Some also knew Him to be one of the Prophets. Then God asked the disciples to tell Him who He was. Because God respects leaders, He had already revealed His true identity to the leader of the disciples whose name was Simon Peter. Simon Peter declared that Jesus Christ is the Christ – the Son of the living God. This might sound confusing for some because Peter didn’t say He was God. The body of Jesus Christ or the Saviour manifestation of God to mankind is what is called THE SON OF GOD. This was confirmed by King Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 3:25.
He saw the Saviour manifestation of God in the fire as He came down to save the three sons of Judah and called Him the Son of God. When God manifests Himself in a bodily form, He is called the Son of God because He is the IMAGE of His invisible being who is the SUBJECT (Colossians 1:15). We can see that after Simon Peter revealed whom Jesus Christ was, as the One and Only God who saves, Jesus Christ blessed him (Matthew 16:17). A natural and carnal man (flesh and blood) cannot know the revelation of Jesus Christ as the One and Only True God, until he becomes a spiritual man (Matthew 16:17).

Lift up prayers to be delivered from any curse that has restricted you from believing that Jesus Christ is the One and Only True God in the name of Jesus Christ.
