ADULTERY

“You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’

When the spirit of lust is not dealt in a single and he gets married, it is the same spirit that will worry him to defile his matrimonial bed. A lot of people go to church and yet, they are spiritually married. Instead of them getting help from an anointed Pastor to deliver them, they are always going to church as if there is nothing happening. It is because of the power of the Holy Spirit that evil spirits are there. Please get help. Before you get married, you should be delivered from the spirit of lust, every spiritual marriage, and every link or covenant your soul has with marine spirits must be broken by the power of God. Marriage is not just for anyone. Marriage is not for worldly people or anyone who feel like marrying.
Marriage is not for believers. Marriage is there for Christians (those who possess the Holy Spirit in them). When you have the Holy Spirit, you will know your right partner when you meet him or her. You will not experiment with anything in skirt or trousers. Because many believers don’t have the Holy Spirit, they experiment with the people they meet thinking they are marriage materials and this leads to fornication. The spirit of lust tells them today that this person is their wife or husband. Another day when they meet another person, the same spirit tells them the former one they saw was not the right one but rather, the latter one. If you don’t have the spirit of lust in you, you will never want sex before marriage.
You think fornication is just a normal thing to do that even in the church it has become rampant like it is no one’s business? Having the warning signs of lust in you is the evidence that you are not ready for marriage. Instead of dealing with fornication as the first point of call, many people brush it off, marry, and the lust in them heightens leading to what is called adultery. The spirit makes you feel that, what you have is not enough for you. The spirit of lust in you will tell you that your wife or your husband is not enough for you, so get another one. Marriage is not an avenue to kill lust. Don’t marry just because you want to escape loneliness. As a spouse, it takes self control to keep your marriage and it is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit.
God has never given any license to any man to marry more than one or to have extramarital affairs because from the beginning He made Adam and Eve as a sign of approval of one woman and one man marriage. Because of sin, there has been an old sage that goes that, ‘if you have a farm you should also get a garden too.’ In that case, many men have taken advantage of that and they are practising adultery even in the church because of unrestrained sexual demand. Many wives are committing adultery because the men they are married to now, have small penile seize that cannot satisfy them sexually, than their former boyfriends they had when they were single. Poor sex, is why many people commit adultery.

Lift up prayers for deliverance from any evil spirit that will influence you to make hastily choices of marriage materials and extramarital affairs that will ruin your Christian life in the name of Jesus Christ.
