THE MODEL PRAYER OF DELIVERANCE

…..but DELIVER us from the evil one…..

Before the world was created, there was a God behind that operation whose name is Jesus Christ of Nazareth. There was no other god beside Him and there was no other evil spirit beside Him. When He created humans, He wanted us to have His holiness kind of lifestyle so He created us in His image and likeness. Things were rosy in the Garden of Eden and man lived happily after creation. Man could not have lived a holy life without the presence of the Holy Spirit that came from the breath of God who was dictating the pace for man’s holiness. This brings us to the Truth that, no one can practise a holy life without the presence of the Holy Spirit in him or her.
In the Garden of Eden, the only Master man knew was Jesus Christ. But after a while, another master who had been overthrown from heaven came into the Garden and made man fell. Man now didn’t have only one Master but two. From that time, the master of sin – the devil, ruled man for 4000 years. The reason son has become so difficult to stop by so many people is that, sin has ruled the world more than righteousness. The master of righteousness – Jesus Christ came on earth to spend 33 years and after the 4000 year-reign by Satan. Even though the Master of righteousness could not stay with us bodily, He left His Holy Spirit here to rule us so we will not fall at the peril of the devil and be controlled by him.
My Pastor uses to say that, Satan has not created anybody before but he has worked hard enough to get children. Isn’t that strange? Today many believers have been possessed by the spirit of the devil but instead of seeking help from an anointed Pastor to deliver them, they are too proud. They think they can do it on their own. CAN A PRISONER REMOVE HIS HANDCUFFS ALL BY HIMSELF? Think about this. Anytime you sin, you are automatically handcuffed by the devil and you become a slave to him. The only person who has the key to set you free is Jesus Christ – the Master Deliverer and Saviour and He has delegated Ministers He has given His Holy Spirit to, to help those who are possessed.
It is not witches and wizards who are possessed but everyone who sins. If you lie, you have the spirit of the devil living inside of you. You need to get help. You need to be delivered. Accepting Jesus Christ into your life is not enough to make you born again when evil spirits are living in you. No wonder many people become worse off than what they were at first when they become believers because their Pastors don’t deliver them from the evil spirits that ever using them to sin when they were in the world. You will try to do what is right but you will always fall because the evil spirit is still there. There is also self deliverance where you fast and pray to God to set you free.

Lift up prayers to God to set you free from every evil spirit that controls your mind, heart, soul, and strength. Lift up prayers for the strength of God to overcome them in the name of Jesus Christ.
Quote
The Holy Spirit cannot live inside someone having evil spirits living in him. He can’t be a roommate with the devil.
