VALUE

Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?

As men go out mostly during the day to work for their needs, wild beasts also go out at night to look for what God has in store for them. Even animals hope in the Lord that He can provide them with what they need and want. Because humans work and animals don’t, the faith and hope level of humans is lower. If humans had to depend on God without working, then we would have believed and hoped in the Lord for the things we ever need and want. You and I will bear with each other that, when we were coming from our mothers’ womb, we came naked. We came with nothing. We didn’t come with our food, water, clothing, shelter, wives, husbands, lands, money, companies, schools, investments, cars, private jets and what have you.
As babies, we had to trust God that He would surely provide us through our parents and surely He never let us down. Now we are adults, do we think we have graduated from such a faith so we can trust in our own work or effort? As adults we need to have faith and hope in God like children. The faith and hope of children is the faith and hope of animals. If God feeds animals everyday, aren’t we worth more than them? Because we don’t value what God has created us to be, we sometimes fret when certain needs are not met. Do you know what it means to be an image and likeness of God? It is because of this value of divine identity that Satan and his fallen angels are envious of.
Because many people don’t value their divine identity, they give in to so many evil to get their needs. Some women give in their pride to get what they want. They don’t even care if you have to sleep with them. That is what some bosses have taken advantage of that to employ based on such nonsense. If you know your value, you won’t succumb your body to such nonsense. So called believers are those who engage themselves in such acts. They least believe and have hope in God that He can deliver, yet they still call themselves Christians. The Bible was right to say without faith, it is impossible to please God. If you know you are serving God, you better serve Him well.
Don’t serve Him with your left leg in the world and your right leg in Christianity. Many believers have lost their value because they have been displaced by the faith of animals. An animal that has faith in God is better off than an Atheist. You only become valuable than an animal when you place your faith and hope in God. If God can’t take care of us, He wouldn’t have created us in the first place. Because God is the Jehovah Jireh, He created all we ever needed before creating us. If you ever need anything in this world, God is your heavenly Father. Talk to Him and He will show you where your needs and wants are placed so you can have them. God is pleased when we place our faith in Him.
