SALVATION OF GENTILES

And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.

When Jesus Christ marvelled at the great faith of the centurion, He realised that such a faith cannot even be found in Israel which He came purposely to save. He realised that if He can save the Jews, the Gentiles are also worth of His salvation. Because of the iniquities of Gentiles before His coming, Jesus Christ had to separate Himself from them and take Israel as His prime nation He could save from the slavery of the Egyptians. But on the way to the Promised Land, many Jews fell and left only two of them: Joshua and Caleb. As the Jews came on the promised land, they were doing the things the Gentiles were doing too. Their level of unfaithfulness to Him as their bridegroom, was as the same or worse than the Gentiles.
Jesus Christ realised that, these same people He was trying to save was no different from the Gentiles. Jesus Christ is not a respecter of persons. If you sin or commit iniquity, it is not because you are His child or something, He has to be just to you as He is just to sinners. He has to reward you for your good or evil deed. You can see what God did to the Jews anytime they sinned against Him. He punished them as He did to the Gentiles. In all these, God had a plan for the Gentiles. A plan to save us too. Abraham was not a Jew when God called him. He was from Uz. He was a Gentile and hailed from a home of idols. It was from a Gentile that God raised Israelites.
It is that faith the centurion who was a Gentile had, that Abraham also demonstrated and God was pleased with Him so in him He could plant the seed of promise – Isaac. Isaac gave birth to Jacob and from him came the Jews (the twelve tribes of Israel). If Israelites could come, it was through a Gentile. So if Jews think they are more special than Gentiles, they should remember that they once came from Gentiles. It was through Abraham (sun), Isaac (moon), and Jacob (head of the woman who had garland of twelve stars) in Revelation 12:1 who were the pillars of the shadow of Christianity to come. The events in the Old Testament was the shadow of the New Testament to come.
As Gentiles were saved first before the Jews, so it will be in the New Testament (the kingdom of heaven). The Gentiles will be saved first before the Jews. If until now you as a Gentile has heard about Jesus Christ and yet, you have not given your life to Him, then you are wasting your time. There is a time coming salvation will no longer be feasible for Gentiles anymore for the cup of salvation containing us from which Jesus Christ drank from in the Garden of Gethsemane, will be taken. Many people coming from west and east, are Gentiles. The kingdom of heaven is Christianity. Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are representatives of Gentiles in Christianity who were first saved by Jesus Christ before the Jews (12 tribes of Israel).
