Names have so many bearings in the life of the beholder. Today we will be talking about how your name has bearing on your HEALTH LIFE. There are so many people having circulatory health issues, respiratory health issues, nervous system breakdown, related endocrine system issues, and many more, thinking they are the most unfortunate people living on the face of this earth to be born, not knowing it is their names that is doing the magic. A critical look at a certain name has similar underlying health conditions on the persons bearing such a name. But how can my name depict how my health life should be? That’s the power of what a name can do in your life.
Naming was not only done in the Garden of Eden because every now and then people are naming persons and things. Diseases keep coming in as sin keeps increasing. Adam was not sick when he was obeying God. Immediately he disobeyed God, God had to curse him. Sin or disobedience brings curses (Genesis 3:14-19) and curses bring a name that is a disease in the life of the offender (Deuteronomy 28:21-23, 27-29, 35, 59-61). If a disease is a name, then a name carries a disease. Don’t just name your child because everyone having such a name is popular and the person bearing such a name is doing well. Have you checked the health issues relating to such a name?
We all know that a certain blood group you have, depicts the related health issues you might face. Blood grouping too is a name. For example, those having blood group A may likely have circulatory health issues. A wrong name you have too have give you another health issue such as nervous breakdown. In the blood bank, the name we know you there is not David Abankwah, but blood group A+. And if you are also bearing a name that has another health issue, then you will always face diverse health conditions. You can exercise regularly, eat well and do all you can, but if you disobey God, He can curse you with a particular disease that relates to your name.
Many believers can commit the same sin, but their punishment from God will vary because they don’t have the same name. If names are not that important, God will not let Adam name everything. God, lifting up His Word (the name Jesus Christ) above Himself tells you how well God respects names. Your name is not only your first name but the combination of first, middle and last names, and even your date of birth. The date of your birth too, is a name. Everything is a word and a name too is a word that has a meaning. Today there are so many diseases that when it is mentioned to your hearing, can even kill you, yet, many people have made up their minds not to quit sin.
