RESTITUTION

But if the man has no relative to whom restitution may be made for the wrong, the RESTITUTION for the wrong must go to the Lord for the priest, in addition to the ram of the atonement with which atonement is made for him.

Restitution is very important in one’s salvation. It is the testing device that checks whether someone has repented or not. Repentance is not a word of mouth. Today you see so many believers who claim they have repented, but they are still in their old shits. They claim they are born again, but in reality, they are not. They are still living in their old fleshes, but they still cover themselves with the skins of born-again appearances. They are like goats with sheep clothing. A born-again Christian is someone who does not sin. The flesh is known to be a worker of sin, but the Spirit of God is the worker of holiness. Without the direction of God’s spirit, you won’t even know what to restitute.
Born again is not some minutes of confession of one’s faith. Believing the name of Jesus Christ, knowing that God rose Him from the dead and then confessing Him as one’s Lord and Master, are all the preparatory processes or initiation into the nation of Christianity. The actual born-again process starts when one is baptised with water and the Holy Spirit (John 3:5). To be a complete born-again Christian, you have to be sanctified from all sins by the blood of Jesus Christ. Then the Holy Spirit can stay in you and lead you into all acts of holiness (Romans 8:14). He can give you the power to become a child of God (John 1:12).
A born-again Christian who is led by the Spirit of God is the one who is a child of God. Before you are baptised, make sure you have done restitution. A lot of many believers’ baptisms are not accepted by God just because they think, when they are baptised, their sins will automatically leave them. If indeed the Holy Spirit leads you, He will, by all means, tell you to do restitution. It is better for you to feel ashamed, imprisoned, molested, insulted, rejected, or stigmatised because of restitution, than to go to hell without doing it. Going to New Jerusalem is not on a silver platter. You have to pass through all the necessary stages to get there. Without restitution, there is no New Jerusalem.
I know it is very difficult to return something that you have stolen or have defrauded people of. Return any stolen good, money or service rendered that was illegal. For government officials who take bribes, or have obtained the state’s properties through dubious means, I know you can be imprisoned, but it is worth it than being imprisoned eternally. It is better to have eternal life with a criminal record than to be a pretended angel of light and go to the lake of fire. If the rightful owner you are making the restitution to is dead, give it to the next of kin or family member. If all of them are dead, then give it to a Priest that the Lord directs you to make your restitution to.
