PERFECT PEACE

You will keep him in PERFECT PEACE, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.

God is a God of war. He created this world by fighting against the enemy of silence and the enemy of the comfort zone. He foreknew the war ahead that He needed to deal with, yet, He created His enemies. As far as this present world is concerned, war will never cease. There are hidden principles of degeneration that work against everything and every being in the universe. War first started in heaven where God lives (Revelation 12:7). Lucifer who was closer to God than any of the angels rose against his Creator. Do not be deceived that, those who are closest to you are genuine. Some are impostors. Pretenders are the ones who always show outward love.
They never rebuke you for the stupid or nonsense things you do. They always keep mute when you are going wayward. A fierce enemy will never prompt you on your mistakes. If you want to know if someone loves you, pay closer attention of those who can look at you and say, ‘David, do you know what you said to person A was unwise. Go and apologize. If you don’t repent, you will no longer be my friend.’ Don’t think that such people are your enemies. If they don’t like you, they would have kept mute when you were walking blindly on the wrong track. Lucifer who later became Satan and his fallen angels waged war against the righteous angels of heaven and failed.
God didn’t have to bother Himself fighting this war. Michael and his angels overthrown Satan and his angels. These evil spirits are here with us, having great wrath. If you are a witch, occult, false prophet or anyone who is using evil spirit(s) for certain purposes, don’t think Satan likes you. He has taken away the perfect peace that should have existed between you and God. Anyone who is not one with God is God’s enemy and every enemy of God attracts His wrath and curses. You are wondering when will I encourage you in my devotionals, because, it seems I am always rebuking, and talking about salvation. In this end time, all we need is Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
I am not here to talk about the peace of this world but the perfect peace that exists in Jesus Christ. No peace in this world will last eternally, but the perfect peace alone. This is the perfect peace in New Jerusalem. Let your mind and heart be focused on God as Isaiah was entreating us in Isaiah 26:3. There will be wars of life and ministry you have to face and fight. Because of this perfect peace, Satan will try to fight against you every now and then but stay strong and fight back with the Word of God. This perfect peace entails everlasting joy, wealthiness, comfort, bereftness of hunger, thirst, diseases, death, hades, Satan, and evil spirits (Revelation 21:4).

¹Lift up prayers for divine sustenance to keep you in His perfect peace. ²Lift up prayers for the strength of God to keep your mind from the things that draw you away from God. ³Lift up prayers for the unfailing trust in God amid good times and bad times in the name of Jesus Christ.
