BENEFITS OF PRAYER

- One of the proofs of being a son of God is that, you find it easier to pray for those who spitefully use and persecute you (Matthew 5:44). 56. Prayer offered the right way deals with hypocrisy (Matthew 6:5). 57. When you pray, you are fulfilling one of the core duties of who a Christian should be (Matthew 6:6). 58. Prayer unravels the secret things of God because God is first of all, a Secretive God (Matthew 6:6). 59. There is a special reward for those who use their secret places as an avenue of prayer (Matthew 6:6). 60. When someone prays to God without using vain repetitions, it teaches that person how he can communicate well with others (Matthew 6:7).
- The Right prayer teaches the one lifting it that God is his true and heavenly Father (Matthew 6:9). 62. The right prayer hallows the name of the living God (Matthew 6:9). 63. The right prayer teaches us to forgive others before asking God to forgive ours (Matthew 6:12). 64. The right prayer brings about the realisation of God’s power when prayers are answered (Matthew 6:13). 65. The right prayer brings about the realisation of God’s glory when prayers are answered (Matthew 6:13). 66. Employees of God are increased for His work when prayers are lifted up (Matthew 9:38). 67. Prayers teaches the one lifting it up to be alone with God (Matthew 14:23).
- Continuous and persistent prayers increase the will of the spirit and weakens the flesh (Matthew 26:41). 69. Prayer unleashes spiritual and physical protection from God (Matthew 26:53). 70. Prayer increases the faith level of the one lifting it up (Mark 11:24). 71. Prayer delivers one from unexpected occurrences (Mark 13:33). 72. Prayer teaches you to be very patient with God; it also teaches you not to move from where God has seated you, it also teaches you not to be erratic (Mark 14:32). 73. Long hours of prayer increases your endurance level and makes you do things in a longer period of time without you getting tired or fed up (Luke 6:12).
- Prayer enhances your physical appearance, appeal, favour and brings you honour (Luke 9:29). 75. Prayer prevents you from losing heart with God and men (Luke 18:1). 76. Prayer offered in humility brings about justification (Luke 18:10-14). 77. Those who are counted worthy are those who offer model prayers (Luke 21:36). 78. Prayer brings about escape from evil things that will come to pass (Luke 21:36). 79. Prayer helps your walk with God before you can meet Jesus Christ in New Jerusalem (Luke 21:36). 80. Model prayer releases the coming of the Holy Spirit (John 14:16). 81. To keep the Holy Spirit abiding with you forever, you have to pray always (John 14:16).

Lift up prayers for increment in your endurance level of prayer so you can be consistent and persistent in your prayer hours with God in the name of Jesus Christ.
