THE SATANIC WILDCARDS

The thief does not come except to STEAL, and to KILL, and to DESTROY. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

A wildcard is a person or thing whose qualities or ways are unknown, indeterminate, and unpredictable. At first Satan’s masterpieces were unknown but now they are revealed by God in John 10:10. Satan has three modes or fronts of attack. The first line of attack is centred on STEALING. The second line of attack is centred on KILLING and the third line of attack is centred on DESTRUCTION. Satan’s initiative of causing man – the image and likeness of God to fall (as he – Satan fell in heaven) couldn’t be done single-handedly. In that case, he had to employ many fallen angels to champion the cause of men’s mass destruction of eternal life in the Garden of Eden.
Notable among these fallen angels are called DEATH and HELL. Together with SATAN, they form a Trident, like there is Trinity in heaven, there is also a Trident in the kingdom of Satan. Whiles, the main goal of the Trinity is to save (John 10:10), the main goal of the Trident is to destroy (John 10:10). One of the reasons Satan came into the Garden of Eden was to find the missing pieces of the jigsaw of the Trident because they are missing after the war in heaven. After gallivanting over all the face of the earth, Satan could not find them. Not knowing God had bound death and hell who could make Satan’s masterpiece complete, into the forbidden tree which Satan, did not know about.
Satan thought it wise to tackle man – God’s representative, peradventure he would know where they were. In this case, Satan monitored man’s lifestyle from afar and noticed a weaker link he needed to strike his fall through who was Eve. He then concealed himself through a serpent – a typical masterclass of a theft operation and came in a cunning manner. The power of Satan in the Trident is that he is powerful with the formulation of lies and blending them with truth, in order to steal the minds of his victims. Immediately Eve told him that the day they would eat from the forbidden tree, they would die, was when Satan knew that Death and Hell were in that tree.
When Eve ate the fruit, nothing happened because it was Adam whose hand was used as the only key to unlock death from the tree and not Eve. When Adam ate the fruit, Death was released and Hell followed him closely (Revelation 6:8). Finally, the wildcards of the devil were back in action and from that time till now, they have been in operation and are still working tirelessly. Satan comes to steal your mind and attention through temptations and when he has gotten you, leaves you into the hands of Death to kill you. When Death is done, he also leaves your soul to rest in the abode of Hades to keep you for the final condemnation which is the Second Death (Revelation 21:8).
