A FALSE AUTHORITARIAN

“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.

When the topic of false Prophets is discussed, we are tempted to depict that it is only centred on ministry. For that matter when we hear false Prophets, our attention is focused towards the five-fold ministry. Many even sideline the four ministers and tackle Prophets, but one false Teacher is dangerous than 1000 Prophets. So if the topic of false Prophets is raised, you don’t have to think it is only Prophets per se because prophecy is an art of ministration. In this end time, the devil is so cunning to the point that, he is not only using ministers who are in the churches but powerful or influential people who have authorities in various areas of our society.
One thing we have to realise is that, what made the devil fall in heaven was authority. He wanted to even control the one who created him by ascending above his throne. All the devil is looking for is CONTROL. The devil also knows the Scriptures that, we should honour those in authorities in the Lord for this is right, so if he is able to get those in higher positions, talking about something they are not doing right in the Lord will look like we are rebelling so he can have his way over their subordinates. Many authorities are false because the spirit that is living in them is not from God but from Satan. The Spirit of God is the Spirit of truth and the spirit of the devil is the spirit of lies.
The sheep clothing in Matthew 7:15 is the image of creation or in another sense, the image of God (body) and the ravenous wolf is the likeness or the evil character of the person or the evil spirit living in the person. This is because in Genesis 1:26, God created man in His image and likeness. The image represents the body and the likeness is the spirit controlling the soul which is the inward being. Now, when the devil came to Adam, he didn’t destroy the image of creation because he knew that when he came with his real image as the devil, Eve would have run away. To deceive with the highest level of influence, the devil has to maintain the image (sheep’s clothing) and hide behind it to attack.
So if you take things on the carnal level (thus looking only at the sheep clothing level through the lens of the flesh), without the Spirit of God who can only detect the evil spirit behind someone, you will be deceived by the lies of false authoritarians. This is why many people will follow the lies of the government, politicians, Kings, Principals, false Ministers, Parents, etc and sin against the Lord without knowing what is really going on. A false authoritarian draws the attention of his subordinates from faith in God and things that concern Him towards money, faith in carnal things, worldly solutions, physical comfort and good life here on earth and not hereafter, etc.
